Following China’s accession to the WTO, Chinese business pioneers have developed a strong mission to open international markets and establish their brands. These pioneer companies face the same challenges and opportunities that Western companies originally faced in China. With very few exceptions, Chinese businesses have not yet established their own brand image and own markets in the West. A consulting service is needed to provide Chinese companies expanding into the West the same support that is available to foreign companies in China. A strong consulting industry has emerged to help nascent businesses benefit and learn from experiences undergone by industry pioneers. IG Strategy (IGS) is the operation implementation division of Image Global Impact (IGI).
